Our Staff
We take great pride in the skills and qualities of our camp staff members. The counselors and administrative team members are professional, trained, and educated in the field. On staff, we have college students pursuing careers in childcare-related fields, certified teachers, and counseling therapists. We are extremely confident that we have selected mature staff members who have the drive, motivation, and genuine sincerity to ensure that your children have an amazing summer camp experience!
Many of our staff members have been campers themselves at one point, and are passionate about the wonderful opportunities that a summer camp affords to the growth and development of children into confident, competent and caring individuals. Our staff members are not only dedicated to keeping your children safe throughout the camp day, but also to encouraging the development of self-esteem and good character.
All staff members are thoroughly screened through an application process, interview, and reference checks. The potential staff members then undergo a thorough background check to ensure the safety of our campers. They are also subject to random drug screenings throughout the summer. Prior to camp, all staff members must participate in an extensive training program.
